DeskScapes provides animated wallpaper for all users of Windows Vista.

Animated wallpaper isn't just for Windows Vista Ultimate users anymore.  With the release of beta 1 of DeskScapes 2.0 on Object Desktop, all users of Vista can use the hundreds of available .DREAM files here on WinCustomize as their animated backgrounds.

Object Desktop users also get some exclusive animated wallpaper content including four dynamic dreams (Water Dream, Earth Dream, Water Color, and Box Sample).

If you don't have Object Desktop, you can get it here.

You should have lights on on the east coast of the US.

It's dark like it should be after reloading the dream.

It's 7:51pm, pitch black out, yet the Desktop Earth dream is still saying that it's light out here?

It looks like it is set for Daylight savings time

Thanks Stardock

The only version I can see in SDC is 1.90[b].023, which is the one I have installed. I tried changing the server and refreshing the XML on both servers(US-1 and US-2), yet I do not get the new v2.0 beta listed.

What? The dream in the screen shot isn't included in the install? I mean, look at it, it looks great!

Fantastic, works perfectly...

Very nice to see that the small 5% extra CPU it uses when running disappears when an application runs full screen...

I installed over the old version of it on ultimate and now after a restart I can set MPEG's as desktop background but DREAM'S are dead... they don't do anything, don't change wallpaper in any way

I'm having a bit of a problem getting the included dreams to activate. I keep getting a "No registration found" message. I even restarted the computer. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Am I not entering the right product key or what?

Sorry, this may seem like a silly question, but...
Do I need to have DesktopX installed on my system to use this?

I have the same thing, I was able to install 1.90[b].023 but yet no 2.0?

Any Ideas?
