As I type this... With a bootskin in the "This just in" list that someone only took about 5 minutes to make but has a long name and removed someone elses hard work from the list, I gotta ask again, can something be done about it? See Article # 9 in the list.

What determines the popularity of an article?

Based on the Halo thread being in the list and noone has been able to access it, I would guess things are measured in clicks.
