Land of emails
Published on March 10, 2005 By Frogboy In WinCustomize News
I don't think most people realize this but I receive approximately 1,200 to 1,600 email each day.  Of it, about 300 of it I have to look at and I usually have time to respond to about 60 or so each day (sometimes more depending on the day).  So anyway, for all of you who email me that don't get a response, I apologize!!

Fair enough. I suppose it's because your one of the ones in Stardock that has got the most visible public appearance.
Reakon you need a couple of monkeys to take some of the workload.

(btw, I sent you an email some weeks ago that I assume got lost in the bulk. I'll be a bit snaeky and meantion it here. It was about adding a language/translation section to the forums. I talked to you briefly on that IRC chat earlier this year. Just wondered if it was comming?)

Again, is there not a way for one to contact an administrator without piling up paperwork? Apology accepted, and your reasoning is well-taken. You're a good man.

That's an incredible amount of email. I was shocked when an old email account of mine used to recive 100 emails a day.

You, my friend, need a mail filter team.

150-200 a day here and I am not even important. Mailwasher does it for me. It is sometimes really hard to reach You with urgent things, Brad. But then, it is really understood with that amount of mail.

No need to apologize....

I remember my corporate days when I dealt with the same amount of email and of course the submitter felt that their email was the most important one and should be answered first and immediately...

I had a minor problem and taking into consideration the things you and the other staff must deal with on a daily basis I was surprised that I received the response as quickly as I did, so no complaints here

Just remember to take a breath, close the laptop when the work day ends, and don't forget to enjoy your own time!

Have a great day!

Thank you for letting us know. Does it mean I shouldn't expect any response to my email?

I know that many would be more than eager to help you with the load of mail. Just say the word. It's hard, but I think a customer support is the most important thing for any business. Some expansion's needed here...

Filksoe - generally speaking, I'm not the right guy to be emailing about problems with WinCustomize.
