WindowFX adds a ton of new special effects for Windows XP users.

So what does WindowFX 2 look like in action?

Try out this video: https://www.stardock.com/video/windowfx1.wmv

This video was done a 1Ghz Pentium 3 system with a Geforce 2 card (Detonator 40 drivers).

Pentium IV, Radeon 7500 32 Mb:
Fx transition effects disabled. Only shadows enabled. Toooo sloooow!
Why the OS-X effects are faster?

I have an thunderbird 1.2ghz.. with 500 meg ram, and a geforce 2 running the Detonator 40 drivers and mine doesn't go that fast.. Not at all.. It's very slow,
Too Bad To Cause I really wanted the effects to work..

We are working with NVIDIA to optimize their drivers for a future release. In the interim, disabling the shadows should help with the Detonator 40's. And quite possibly with the RADEON as well.
