Each year, like most companies, Stardock puts together an internal business plan that sets up goals, objectives, and challenges that the company must address.

Part of our internal business plan includes analysis of the state of the products/services we make as well as the results of our customer survey.

Last year, we made this report available to the public and based on the positive response we got for doing so, we’re doing the same again this year.

Neato report. I remember last years lol

Kinda odd most Stardock users don't use impulse (more people have SoaSE than impulse, so 4% of people who use startdock products and have SoaSE aren't getting free updates!). And wow digital sales have risen lol

I was hoping for some spoilers as to what Ironclad games are up to, besides Diplomacy. Let's hope the partnership between ironclad and stardock lasts! (dont see why it wouldnt, just hoping it will    )

What's with Diplomacy being the "second and final" micro-expansion for Sins? Weren't there supposed to be three?

The expansions were taking too long so Ironclad has already started something else (Sins 2 perhaps?)

I really enjoy these reports.  I used one as a reference in a paper for once my classes last fall.

Well written and a joy to read.  I have been a StarDock fan for a very long time and for whatever reason this is the first year I read the report.  I LOVE Impulse and tell my friends I refuse to purchase a game that requires me to put Steam on my computer so I look forward to seeing where Impulse goes this year.

Keep up the great work!

I love these reports; they are fascinating to read and really give us a good idea what is going on in the company.

RottynDawg I agree about Steam.  One of my favorite things about StarDock games is the fact that when I'm visiting my parents in rural Wyoming with no internet for miles and my game disks at home I can play on my laptop with no worries and no extra software running in the background.

Looking forward to Elemental.
