Need some way to entice users who need help with a Stardock product to include the product name and full version number, as well as, their full Windows version and OS build in the post. It seems like the first reply to an OP is usually asking what product version and what Windows version they are using. I suggested something a long time ago about adding some verbiage to the header by the New Topic button requesting this info.

I believe it was Neil who said the New Topic button was common to all forums, not just the product help forums. Maybe some work could be done to fix this so the help forums don't use the same New Topic button.
