In honor of the new forum feature that lets us drag and drop photos into the editor I present you with: The dog thread.
Post a picture of your dog!
This is my daughter with the doglett
This is how my greyhound sleeps... it is known as 'roaching'.
Sideways pic...oops
Not a dog...and no longer with us....but a horrid pic of a much-loved critter...
My loving Chihuahua Spike, may he rest in peace.
Having fun a few winters ago!
This poor puppy was abandoned in Stardock's parking lot several years ago. Someone tied her to a pole and left her there. Naturally we adopted her!
The first Stardog!
A pile of wiener dogs in sweaters.
Me and my bowdler, Buddy. He's a pizza dog.... a pizz of this and a pizz of that and a pizz of the other.. His father is a daschund, Maltese, Shi tsu cross, and his mother is a fox terrier, chihuahua poodle cross.
As for "bowdler", well dogs go bow wow, right?..... therefore a critter emanating such sounds has to be a bowdler
Yeah, I think I may have to get one of those cone thingies for my pouch. He has an allergy and is constantly biting at himself so keeps losing hair. I've tried umpteen different remedies and none seem to work but just slow it down some.
As for "pouch". Well he's only little but he can sure tuck the food away someplace. And no, he never gets fat from eating, he burns it all off with a high metabolism and constantly being on the move.
Not a dog...but had many of those wonderful traits. A "one man cat"...no longer among us, sadly.
Yeah, I had my ex-girlfriend's cat for several years after she left, and he exhibited many traits of a dog. He would often stand guard at the front door with my rottweiler and scare off the uninvited with snarls and the gnashing of teeth. He would sit at my feet just like a dog would, so I had Nelson my rottweiler on on side and Frog the cat on the other. They were the best of friends as well as partners in crime together.
I also trained Nelson not to touch his food until I had given him certain commands. This was to prevent him being baited, and strangely enough, Frog began doing the same thing.... wouldn't touch his food until I gave those same commands. Yeah, Frog may have been a cat but he behaved very much like a dog a lot of the time. Sadly, I have neither of them anymore, though it was over 20 years ago when the pair of them were scaring away and terrorising salesmen, Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses.
